We offer state of the art equipment, often custom designed and computerized, to meet our customers’ most demanding specifications. The management of VCST recognizes that QUALITY IS MORE THAN A WORD OF MOUTH. It’s a way of life. The future of our business depends on an assurance of consistent quality and competitive pricing to our customers.
We have fully staffed inspection and quality labs. In most of our production units we have installed flexible inspection equipment with closed control loops and direct feedback to the production modules.
We have our own Material Technology Center and currently house two fully staffed inspection labs, including two CNC gear inspection machines. These manufacturing and quality assurance systems along with our QS-9000 certification assure process control from receipt of raw material through shipment of finished goods.

Total Quality Performance
The Total Quality Philosophy together with sophisticated inspection equipment and advanced prevention and improvement methods like DFA, QFD, FMEA and SPC resulted in great appreciation of our most demanding customers.
The VCST R&D department, Lab and Production facilities are all certified to ISO 14001, TS 16949 and QS9000-standards.
The VCST employees are convinced that quality means continuous improvement.
